Pros: Perfect size for Ruger 10/22 takedown and Backpacker models. 1 side (top) has a large interior pouch for the Magpul X-22 Backpacker model where the forend/barrel attaches to the under side of the stock. It is large enough to accommodate the connected taken down rifle and a scope, red dot, red dot magnifier, etc. The other side (bottom) has 2 separate pouches for the Takedown model where the connection of the forend to the stock is not an option. There’s one pouch for the forend/barrel, and 1 for the stock/receiver.Inside the top zipper compartment are 3 pouches, 1 larger pouch to accommodate 1 full size handgun, and 2 smaller pouches for misc. tools, batteries, or other odds and ends.Cons: There’s not much storage beyond what is mentioned above, unless items are sandwiched between the zipped compartments. If you have multiple BX25 – 25 round magazines, BX25x2 – 50 round magazines, or a 50 round drum, there is no storage if the larger interior pocket is occupied by a pistol or other large item(s). The molle panel on the front could be much larger to enable optional molle pouch (or other) attachments if so desired. There’s a lot of wasted real estate that could be utilized for optional storage. The interior thin padded nylon lining and pouches don’t seem like they will hold up very well with heavy use. Time will tell!Excellent purchase for dedicated storage and carry of your 10/22 takedown rifle 1 full size handgun, although molle pouches are recommended for magazine storage for multiple weapons. It’ll hold all you need for your 10/22 takedown if a handgun magazines are not being stored as well. It’s way too small to be considered a bug-out bag, unless you’re bugging out for an afternoon at the range, in which case, it’ll hold a sammich.
