In response to lots of phone calls and emails from our lovely customers, we have finally cured some lovely Mangalitza belly to produce a streaky bacon. We’re amazed at the popularity of the samples we sent out, as it is obviously quite a fat streaky bacon, but of course that lovely fat, once crisped, has no equal in the world of bacon!
