Although sadly we cannot present this cut of belly with the skin intact, it is really a completely luxurious and rich piece of Mangalitza pork. We make our streaky bacon from this cut and it is absolutely lovely. The fat is, of course, the star of the show – it’s a real flavour bomb and will enhance anything you put with it.
