Exactly as described, these spare ribs have a lot of meat on them – much more than the usual sheet of ribs with which you are familiar. The ribs can be paired with your favourite bbq spare rib sauce, or even just slow roast them in the oven – however you choose to serve them they will go down a storm! Such good value for money too, each pack contains approx. 2kg of ribs which we believe would serve eight people easily as a main course or a starter.
